General Delivery Times

We source our products from multiple vendors and suppliers within North America, Asia and Europe. This allows us to offer novel, high quality and finely crafted tableware, cookware and kitchenware alongside our complementary travel-related products and services. Some of the handmade products go into the final phase of production when orders are placed and therefore will take a longer time to be ready for order fulfillment. As such, the ETA is 9 -15* working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses. 

* Due to COVID-19-related delays in order processing and delivery times the ETA is now 11-18 working days. The ETA from our domestic warehouse is now 6-8 working days.

We will email you a tracking number, usually within 2-3 business days after your order has purchased and the order placed with the vendor/supplier. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All U.S.A. bound orders placed from our North American suppliers/vendors ship FedEx Ground for free for orders totaling (excluding any necessary taxes due) $100 USD.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx does not offer service to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

We are not able to combine multiple orders or make changes to the details of an order once it is placed online.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free shipping is available for international orders $100 USD or more. Any Duties & Taxes do not apply towards the free shipping promotion.

We are with partnered through Shopify to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in more than 200 countries and territories. As an international shopper, you now get the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees, cost-effective international shipping, and much more.

Shipping Costs

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Importation Fees

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within our international checkout. As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

Tracking information

Tracking information will be communicated via email once your parcel reaches its destination country. If there are any issues with your orders, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative from Nazabong Kids to assist with processing your parcel if needed.

Returns/Refunds

Send us an email to request a packing slip to have your item returned. Once the physical item is received we will issue you a prompt return in the payment form the item was made in.
